With a coaching foundation rooted in CrossFit, functional fitness, and muscle-building (hypertrophy), Lisa specializes in performance nutrition, body recomposition, and behavior-based habit coaching. She believes that true progress comes from pairing smart training with a balanced approach to food, recovery, and lifestyle, one that supports your goals and your life outside the gym.
As the founder of Butter & Batter, a Bay Area bakery known for award-winning cookies, Lisa understands the reality of juggling ambition and business demands while staying committed to health.
